Satellite KTM off-road team sponsor update
SALINE, MI (March 20, 2007) - Heimjoint Racing, LLC regrets to announce changes in the sponsorship program for the remainder of 2007. Unfortunately, Heimjoint Racing announces the dissolution of any association with Carhartt at this time. Hopefully, we can form a lasting relationship in the future and look forward to working together should the opportunity arise. While this certainly is regrettable, the team is seeking additional funding opportunities and will continue regardless. "We have an excellent sponsor base still in place providing some incredible assistance and we will not let them down. While we would have enjoyed having Carhartt fully on board, it didn't work out and we are looking elsewhere. This should not reflect negatively on Carhartt, Heimjoint Racing, or any of our outstanding sponsor partners. Sometimes things just don't work out." states Team Owner/ Manager Marc Heim.This latest development affects the team transportation budget first and foremost but does not change attendance plans for our committed events. We will continue to pursue national and class championships in the AMA FMF National Enduro Series, the Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series, and at local and national events of interest to our sponsors. Team riders Stephen Edmondson, Chris Gallt, and rookie Jordan Mapes continue to distinguish themselves on and off the track, and their recent successes will be the subject of a subsequent release.
